When Submitting an Agenda Item Request, Please Be Aware of the Following:
Agenda Item Requests may be submitted to any of the internal decision making bodies mentioned in the drop-down menu to the right.
Agenda Items Requests will be reviewed and accepted at the discretion of the Chair (or his/her designee).
Finance Items must be submitted by submitting a Fund Request Form to the Vice President of Finance's Mail Box (located in the Student Senate Office on East Campus) or by email.
Finance Items that are to be taken from the Club Development Line Item must be reviewed by the Inter-Club Council prior to be sent to the Student Senate.
Finance Items that exceed $3,000.00 must be reviewed by Finance Committee prior to being sent to the Student Senate.
The Associated Students of Modesto Junior College is compliant with the Ralph M. Brown Act. Therefore, any Agenda Item Requests for Actions Items submitted after the institutional agenda development deadline of ninety-six (96) hours in advance may be held over to the next agenda. Note: the Agenda Development Deadline may be extended and/or reduced at the discretion of the Chair, but all agendas must still be compliant with the Ralph M. Brown Act.
